​The City of Water: My Routine Day

Having worked remotely for over a year now makes me feel tired and become less energized. Have you ever been sitting on a desk, in front of a laptop for a whole day? while that is my everyday life for the past 10 months. Staring at the screen of laptop and phone all the time makes me overuse my eyes. I often have headaches and my eyes are itchy and sore. So I decided to force myself to spend more time in the outside environment by a part-time job at a Chinese restaurant and daily walks. Join me to listen to one of my routine days where I wake up in the morning, go to work from 11 to 3 and then go for a waterfront harbour walk.
